My family member hasn't received their invitation
Applicable to: Kinedu I Play Kinedu I Learn
One of the perks of being a Play or Learn member is that you have the option of sharing your baby's profile with your baby's caregivers.
To share it, it's quite simple, these are the steps:
- Visit the "My Family" section of the app.
- Tap on the "My Families" button
- At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the option to "Add member"
- On this next screen, enter your family member's email, (making sure that it is either the same one they already have with Kinedu, or the one that will be used to create the account).
In case your family member can't view the Kinedu invite in their email inbox, you can ask them to check their spam folder.
Also, they can still join your family from inside the app by creating an account using the exact same email you sent the invitation to.
If they're already Kinedu users, they just need to close and reopen the app in order to receive the invite. Once they accept the invitation inside the app, they can set your family as default if they need to do so.
